Return Policy

Due to the original and often custom nature of the artwork, all sales are handled with care and intention. Please review the policy below before purchasing.

Original Artwork

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for original artwork only. Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, a refund will be issued minus original shipping costs.

Custom Commissions

All custom commission sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of commissioned work, cancellations or returns cannot be accepted once the painting process has begun.

A final approval image will be provided before shipment, and one reasonable round of revisions is included to ensure the piece aligns with the agreed vision.

Damaged Packages

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the artwork and packaging so a shipping claim can be filed promptly.
